I am a graduate of the ACHENA-accredited professional homeopathy training program of the Academy for Homeopathy Education. While in school, I completed over 500 didactic hours and 650 clinical training hours. I also have a Master of Arts degree in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages and a Bachelor of Arts in Intercultural Studies. In 2014 I experienced a health crisis that ultimately shifted my path in life. I developed symptoms that mirrored chronic fatigue and was diagnosed with Lyme disease + co-infections. I dug into everything I could find about health and healing and slowly recovered. Seven years ago, I  started to explore homeopathy. Once I experienced the wonder of a well-matched homeopathic remedy, I was hooked. I believe that our bodies were designed to heal and homeopathy is a tool to facilitate and hasten the healing process. ​ I consider it a privilege to walk alongside my clients and navigate the ups and downs. Trust is an essential part of this process and I do not take that lightly. As a homeopath, I approach your case with curiosity and non- judgment. I love the way that homeopathy is truly individualized care. Each person has a unique experience of living in their body and in the world, which is reflected in the way homeopaths practice. I am most interested in hearing what is unusual and characteristic about your unique experience- your habits, tendencies and lifestyle. ​ My goal during a consultation is to be an active listener and observer, noticing patterns and drawing connections between your symptoms and life experiences. After understanding all I can about your experience, I dive into research to find the single best-fitting remedy which matches your particular symptom picture, out of the more than 5000 remedies that homeopaths have at our disposal. I practice classical homeopathy, which means that I work with one remedy at a time for each client, using the minimal dose necessary to stimulate healing.
